Thank you for your answer. However, the option you mention were checked, and i even replaced the water valve in the lower back of the refrigerator that splits the supply to the ice maker and the water supply. What i'd like to know is if the solenoid ps1483583 manages the water flow after the tubing joint on the lower front of the door, transporting the water to the upper spout (i ignore if there is a valve actioned by the "solenoid" or the action happens in some other place. I think the solenoid is placed next to the water spout. Please confirm my question. I hope i was clear enough.

Hello Jorge, thank you for your question. If the water is coming to the end of the tubing BEFORE it goes up inside the door, that would mean there is a blockage or something wrong with the tubing in the door. Unfortunately, the tubing that runs from the dispenser down to the coupler and tube under the fridge is only available by ordering the entire door assembly. I hope this helps.

The water dispenser line inside the door keeps freezing. I'm able to thaw it out and get the water flowing again by opening the door and using a hair dryer. But a week later or so, the line just freezes up again. What is the solution to fix this?

The icemaker functions perfectly. However, when i switch to water dispenser, water doesn't come up. I tested the water supply at the bottom, where the tubing connects with the riser and water comes out at that point, but it doesn't rise to the dispenser under the ice mouth or flapper. I introduced a flexible wire from the bottom up, but it stops about two inches from the ending. Can i have access to replace the tubing if i remove the inside plastic door assembly? Please answer me. The entire refrigerator is working beautifully, i keep it like brand new, clean and neat. It is a shame the water won't come out.

Very rare the line will freeze, you can check this by unplugging your refrigerator and let it sit for a few hours and see if this will clear the waterline, this way you will not have to go into the tubing. If this does not fix this problem then your water filter PS8746144 might be faulty and/or a faulty dispenser solenoid PS1483583 and possibly needs to be replaced. We hope this helps. The ice dispenser in my refrigerator door does not work. Is there a complete door assembly that i can purchase to replace the existing one?

Thank you for the previous response. The ice is not coming out of the door dispenser regardless of the cubed or crushed setting and i am not sure why. Do you have any suggestions as to what may be the issue or parts to be replaced?
