Hello Missy, Thank you for your inquiry. Although we don't have a video for this exact part, I have included a link for a similar model on how to re-attach the tines. Hope this helps!

Hello! Apparently the model i purchased from home depot is a "hybrid" model specific to home depot only. What i'm trying to do is replace the lower rack back set of tines (it's one block and i think the part # is 631) with fold-down tines. I found what i thought were compatible parts (wd28x20164, wd28x20165, wd28x20166, andwd12x20171) -- however my model # does not appear in the "compatible" list, maybe because it's a home depot hybrid model? Can you advise if i'm purchasing the correct parts, or suggest a compatible model with fold-down tines so i can research further and order the proper parts? Thank you very much for your help.

Hello Donna, thank you for your question. The parts you've listed are not compatible with your unit. The lower rack folding tines you would want to order is part number WD28X21720. This is the complete "block" of tines, and would include the two rows as well as the clips that hold it to the rack. I confirmed these by using your exact model number so they will be an exact match for what you need for your lower rack. Good luck with your repair!
