I have a bad bearing noise and water leaking from the bottom around the transmission area. If I buy this transmission PS8746231 will it first fit and does it come with a new drive seal?

Hi Greg, thank you for contacting us. The transmission assembly, part number PS8746231, comes with the unassembled seal and spacer, and the transmission assembly kit, part number PS8690657, comes with the seal and spacer assembled in it. We hope this information is useful!
