Hello, the front display is not working, the icemaker and water dispenser is not working but the fridge and freezer continue to maintain the previously set temps and all the lights, fans, freezer defrost work. Should this board be suspect?

power went out in a storm when it came back on one leg had 247v not 124 and now the fridge will not come on. Do you think just the board is done or do you think the whole thing is done
