Dors the fan assembly come with a thermostat for this model?

The fan assembly I need to replace blows cold air to the door mounted ice maker. The only number I can find on the fan assembly is ADP730139.2H0. Does the ADP73013901 Fan Assembly include motor, wiring harness and fan blade - eg is it the complete assembly? The photo just shows the fan blade.
