My refrigerator had a broken rail for the meat drawer and also the bottom door rack had cracked.
The parts for repair were delivered quickly and they were easy to install. The Door Rack just snaps into place and the Drawer Support Rail only required tightening one screw after install. All the parts arrived in perfect condition and now my refrigerator is back to being as good as new.
Super easy. We unscrewed the broken rail, and screwed the new rail into place. Much easier than expected!!! We were also pleasantly surprised to have the part arrive the day after we ordered it!

How is left and right defined for the drawer slides. Is it based on me standing in front of the unit looking at the drawer? So my left hand would touch the left slide and right would touch the right slide??

How do i know which is the left or right side? I'm trying to replace the crisper drawer glide that broke off and i don't know if i need the left side or the right side. When i am facing the refrigerator. The piece that is broken is on my left side.

The right rail of the meat or deli drawer broke. The part #ps430917 you are showing in the picture is not the same one for my model. The screw should be on the back not the side. Do you have this part? Please let me know. Model# frt17g4bw1 serial # ba32632368 - manufactured 06/03. Thank you.

I have a Kenmore model 253.73754304 and need tempered glass for the shelf and the middle rail to hold the sliding pan. It does not show me the glass size and also the middle rail. Can you help me with that?

Part 42 drawer support is the same part number, they are not the same they are oppisites
