We want to replace the power burner ( large right front 5 inch burner) the one that came with the range is a ring and we want a full cap. Will the large fit that front burner.

The surface below the burners has been damaged. Not sure what part I'm searching for or if it can be replaced. Its the surface where people spill onto and then have scraped to try and clean up. Sorry, I know that's not a great explanation, but I don't know what to call it.
