Hello I have only found 4 screws and still cannot get the panel off to get to the "drip pan " under the coils behind the freezer panel. How can I remove the panel? Is there a trick?
For model number RS25H5111Sr/AA
Hi James, thank you for contacting us. There is no way to remove the drip pan under the coils because it is permanently fixed. However, you can clean it by attaching a piece of cloth to a grabber tool. We hope that helps!
