Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This is the end cap for the freezer door of various Samsung refrigerators. The part was great and fit the handle of my fridge perfectly! The only issue I had is that the web site didn’t specify whether the handle end cap was bright or brushed stainless. To find this part, I searched on the model number of my fridge and then found the correct part from the diagram. There was no info on the finish so I thought my model number would be the correct finish. I ended up with a bright shiny handle end cap on a fridge on which all the other handle end caps are brushed. It isn’t really noticeable but I’d have appreciated the option to order the part in brushed stainless.

I was given no choice of color when ordering the replacement handle caps..I assumed since I had the serial number that it would match..Now I have the part but it was supposed to be white. Now I'm told it's not available in white even know that's the color on my unit???

I order 2 handle end cap. I received them in grey do they come in white.
