How do I change the filter? Where is the filter?
For model number RF260BEAESG
Hello Sandy, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the filter is located between the bottom two drawers of the fresh food section. In order to change the filter, first shut off the water supply, then turn the filter about 1/4 turn, counter-clockwise and pull the water filter from the case filter to remove it. After removing the old filter, follow back the same steps to install the new filter. We hope this information helps!

CLOSING MECHANISM BROKE IN TWO.
OPENED THE LEFT SIDE REFRIGERATOR DOOR WHERE THE DEFECTIVE MECHANISM WAS. GOT UP ON THE FIRST STEP OF THE STEP STOOL,REMOVED THE PHILLIPS HEAD RETAINING SCREW FROM THE BROKEN PART.PUT THE NEW CLOSING MECHANISM IN PLACE AND RE-INSTALLED THE PHILLIPS HEAD SCREW. STEPPED DOWN FROM THE STEP STOOL AND SHUT THE REFRIGERATOR DOOR.

Took out the screw, removed the broken part, put new part on, put retaining screw back in.
