Left French door flap is not springing into proper position, preventing easy closure with right French door closed. Trying to replace the hinges to fix the problem. Do the hinges come with springs or are they designed to spring into position?

How do i replace part #da61-08305a? I can't figure out how to open up the area encasing the part in order to replace it.
