The ignitor on the right burner (wok burner) does not light all the time. Is this the part to fix that?

Thank you for your question. Yes it is the more likely part that could be causing your issue. You may also want to check your ignition switched just behind your knobs as well. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

I left a pot on my stove an it exploded. I cleaned the stainless steel top but it now has scratches an it is only a year and a half old. I was wondering if I could just replace the top. Not the grates or any other parts that fit on the stainless steel part. Just the base. Can you help?

Hi, my main (center burner) igniter does not work when the knob for the burner is turned (no clicking, etc) however the main igniter does work when any of the other burner knobs are turned on. Any suggestions?
