Is the the gas valve behind the knob. The igniter works and three knobs but doesn’t work on one. So i’m thinking my igniter is good. What do i need for the one knob that doesn’t start the igniter? Thank you
For model number AGBS300EP4WW
Hello Carl, thank you for your question. The burner valve is behind the knob. The ignition switch is also behind that knob. If the igniter works, and is making a click sound when it is attempted to be turned on, the issue could be a valve that isn't opening up. If you turn the knob and do not smell gas the valve could be the issue. I hope this helps!

The right rear burner seems to be leaking. (was here for something else and noticed ).Any suggestions
For model number RGB508PPH6WH
Hi Martin, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, we would suggest checking the right rear burner tube first. If it is fine, the issue could be with the round valve burner, part number PS3491506. It controls the flow of gas to the surface burner. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
