Part Didn't Work
I have ordered this part twice from different providers. This time there were more connections than on the older one. Still haven't gotten the dryer running.

Manufacturer Part # WE4M520/4 temperature switch
Is this the part that controls the temperature for my 11 year old gas dryer and how hard is it to install?
For model number GTDP300GM0WS
Hi Richard, thank you for getting in touch. The part mentioned is the correct temperature control switch for your model. The temperature control switch is located behind the control panel, you can easily access and replace it by removing the rear panel first, disconnecting the wires for the old switch, and then installing a new one. Let us know if you have further questions!

For model number SLLSR40GG0WW
Hello Gary, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing the Cycling Thermostat - 4 Wire Part Number: WE4M181, High Limit Thermostat - L290-40F Part Number: WE4M80 and Bias Thermostat Part Number: WE4M216. The most likely issue is a bad fuse/thermostat. If that isn't the issue we would recommend testing the heating element, door switch and belt switch. I hope this helps!
