Better than original but expensive
Oven range knobs are better quality than what was original. These are quite expensive for sure but original parts had plastic connectors which deteriorated over time and were broken. I had expected the new ones to be just like the original so only purchased 4 instead of a full 6 due to the expense. Now that I see these are different (albeit better), I will need to purchase the remaining 2 to match.

Replacement knob
Part came promptly and fit perfectly. Since our range is about 7 years old, I was afraid the part wouldn’t be available. Very happy.

Decent knob replacement, really slow shipping
Knob is a decent replacement. It is a slightly larger diameter than the original, but not so big that's it's completely out of place. The shipping was really slow and changed hands from FedEx to USPS so it was difficult to track. Cost seems high for a replacement knob, but what other option is there for stainless stoves - chrome just doesn't work.

Does this part work on the lower oven control that has the inverted d shape (opposite the burner knobs)? I don't wish to order the incorrect part. It is called the thermostat knob so i assume so. Marti
For model number JGB918SEL3SS
Hi Marti,
Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, this would be the correct knob with the inverted D-shape on the shaft. I hope this helps. Good luck with your repair.

For model number P2B918SEM255
Hi Patricia,
Thank you for your question. The part number listed under your model number for the thermostat knob for the oven is PS3486483. The part number for the burner knob is PS3486484. If you would like to place an order for them, you may order them either online or by calling our customer service line and anyone will be happy to assist you. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
We need new burner knobs for our GE profile stove (the knobs have not lasted; they look like stainless but are plastic). What genuine stainless knobs do you have for our model stove? Thank you!
For model number P2B918SEM3SS
Hello Lara,
Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not offer a stainless metal knob for this model. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I hope this helps.

Wb03k10302 part shows the red line in picture on bottom. When attached to oven thermostat on my oven, red line is at the top. Is this the correct knob for me?
For model number PGB918SEM4SS
Hello Susan, Thank you for the question. The knob shown is correct for your appliance. The knob placement in the picture is just how the photographer sat the knob down to take the picture, not how it is installed onto the appliance. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
