knob timer broke
The knob part of the knob-timer broke off accompanied by a spring and 2 washers. Replacement part 30 (WH01X10064) consists of both the dial and the knob base, which remained attached to the washer. The knob base can be removed by turning the cylinder, in which were the spring and washers, counterclockwise. This required a bit of effort. The replacement knob-timer then screws on clockwise.
