I'm getting f10 (and sometimes f30) errors. I've tested the sensor and it reads correctly, so i'm looking for the correct board to replace (referred to as "electronic control board". Is this the part i need, or a different "board"?
For model number EW30is6cjsc
Hello Craig, thank you for your question. If you see F10 on your range, it means that your electronic control board has detected a runaway temperature. It's possible that your range is not heating to the temperature that you set it to, or that the control board may be reading the temperature incorrectly. Since the sensor was fine, the board should be replaced which is Part #: PS2378973. Please enter the part number into the site for current price and availability. Good luck with your repair!

The Electrolux slide n range giving e15 error code. Turning power on and off fixed the issue temporary but the error returns from time to time. What can be done to resolve this issue? Thank you.
For model number EW301S6CJSC
Hello Eddie,
Thank you for your question. The e15 error code means that there is either a faulty connection between the control board and the wiring harness, or the control board under part PS2378973 for your model would need to be replaced. We hope this helps.
Only 1/2 (the side that controls the time & oven) is working on the control panel. The other half, the one that controls the 4 burners on the range is not working this AM
Help pretty please

Hello Colleen, thank you for your inquiry. Our research indicates the Range User Interface Control Board PS2581883 is the one that sends electronic signals to the burners when you select the cooking time or temperature. Also, the Power Supply Board PS1528109 supplies power to the surface element control. We hope this helps.
What part do I need for an error message of e31.
Thanks :)

Hi Mike, thank you for your question. According to our research, the error code E31 on Electrolux usually indicates that it has detected an internal generator error on the left side cooking zones. We would suggest resetting the range by unplugging it and then plugging back in after 1 minute. If the issue remains, the problem might be with the generator power control board, part number PS3491041. Checking the control board for continuity using a multimeter might help. Good luck with the repair!
My stove top and oven both work great. I have one touchpad light for one of the elements (the medium heat) is flickering when the element is on. I have another touchpad light (the lo heat) that is burnt out completely on a separate element. All other touch pad lights are working fine on the touchpad. Which part would I need to fix the burnt out lights on my touchpad. Thank you.

Hi Leslie,
Thank you for your question. If one of the lights has burnt out, the issue could either be with the control panel or the electronic control board. Check the connections between the 2 parts to make sure they are secure. If the connections are fine you will need to inspect each part to see which one is causing the issue. We hope this helps!

The breaker jumped and we tried to put it back in but it does not stay on....

Hello Jocelyne, thank you for contacting us. It seems that the electronic control board got shorted and the breaker is also not staying on because of the short circuit. We suggest replacing the electronic control board to resolve the issue. If you require assistance to place an order, please contact customer service. We hope that helps!
