The display when set to bake will show 350 degrees and the convection fan is running and I can hear the relay for the oven burner cycle on and off. The oven will not heat at all and when I try the broiler it also does not come on. What might be the problem? Thanks Ed

Hello Edward, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the Oven Probe, PartSelect Number PS1528542. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. If the Probe is good, you may have a defective Electronic Oven Control Board, PartSelect Number PS2345254.
