What are the broiler pan dimensions? Are both top and base pieces provided? Return policy? THX

Thank you for your question. Both the broiler rack and the broiler pan are included. The broiler pan measures approximately 19-1/2 inches by 16 inches. The broiler rack measures approximately 16-1/4 inches by 15-3/4 inches. We have a 30 day return period. We have included a link that you may reference for information on our return policy.
