WHEN I PUSH START, SPIN LIGHT COMES ON AND NOTHING HAPPENS.

Hi Bryan, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding, the spin light will turn on when the water level does not change after the drain pump is on for ten (10) minutes. We recommend you check the continuity of the drain pump. If it is working fine, then the issue is most probably with the washer control board, part number PS12745506. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
