Place oven in preheat and fan starts/stops and changes directions and element around fan heats up. Bake or broil elements never come on.

Hello Randy, thank you for getting in touch. We recommend checking the wiring of the elements at the terminal block kit, part number PS11750972, where the cord connects to the unit. Make sure that the wiring is not burned and that you have 240 volts across the outside two terminals. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
