What does it mean in the replacement part notes by, “panel only. Control board is not included”?
For model number W10195574
Hi Dennis, Thank you for the question. The panel is the front face of the control parts. The control board or the brains is a separate part and they are sold separately. Hope this helps!

The lights started blinking and machine was "on hold" not continuing the cycle. I pushed buttons and got it going for a bit but it happened again.... after finally getting buttons to light up again i got it to the drying cycle and stopped it..... now i cannot get it to start again. does this sound like we need a new control panel?
For model number KUDC10IXWH7
Hi Ann,
Thank you for your question. Based on what you described the control panel could be causing the issue, but there also may be another reason why it is not working correctly. There are some other parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. Aside from the control panel, you will need to check the pump, the door latch, the sump and motor assembly, the rubber washer, the door balance link kit, the capacitor, the electronic control board, the wiring between the parts, the chopper and the turbidity sensor. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
