If my ice maker is leaking and filling my freezer is it this inlet valve that is leaking?
For model number WRF560sehzoo
Hi Curtis, thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the ice maker fill cup for alignment and leaking. If this is not the case, you may need to check the ice maker reservoir, part number PS11727677, to solve the problem. If it is leaking or damaged, it could cause water to pool up in the freezer. We hope this solves your problem!

What is the difference between the inlet valve and the primary valve? (Part #s 31 and 33
For model number WRF560SEHZ00
Hi Gary. thank you for reaching out. The primary water inlet valve controls the main water supply into the refrigerator for both the water dispenser and ice maker. The secondary water inlet valve regulates water specifically to the ice maker, ensuring it receives a consistent flow for ice production. We hope this information is useful!
