Part arrived in good condition and repacked the old part easy and simply

I ordered 2 burners, the 6" and 8". The 6" part arrived sealed in plastic and in its own original box. The 8" burner was just tossed in the shipping box with no wrap or plastic at all. Upon close examination, it was obvious that the burner was one that was installed in another stove and then returned. There was some marking on it that led me to this conclusion. If I pay top dollar for a new part, I expect to get a new part. It was more trouble and expense to return it, so I kept it. I will not use this company again, nor will I recommend it to others.

Fit the stove. Was worried I ordered the wrong part. Satisfied

The electrical wires were bent at about a 45 degree angle and were poking through the box when I received the part. I straightened the wires and the part fit perfectly. It was also easy to install.

Order arrived in timely manner and working well as replacement part for my stove.

I had tried to find correct burner at Home Depot. They didn't have the exact one that was needed. I'm glad I ordered in conjunction with the model number. The burner I received was exactly what I needed. Problem solved.

This part was what was needed and of course easy to install and works like a charm.
