wrong part
It was the wrong part for what I was looking for. It's hard to tell from the pictures, as these parts aren't OEM, so you gotta take it on faith that you're getting the correct part. In my case, it wasn't correct.

Hello Kyle, Thank you for the review. All the parts we sell are %100 OEM. At times the manufactures will update or change the design of a part so they may look different from the original. Hope this helps!

Easy to install
I ordered the wrong part originally and they replaced my piece quickly and efficiently. It still is not doing what I was hoping for, but I put it in and will live with the tines laying down. Wonderful company and customer service.

Easy to install
The part was what I ordered and very easy to install. I believe that I still need another part, but can't figure out which one. I would like the tines to stay standing up. Right now they lay down and very hard to use them. Any suggestions?

Plastic parts holding the tines broke
You guys were FANTASTIC in getting the one plastic clip to me. Jenn air had discontinued the part and I was unable to order it from them. But you guys had it in stock and saved the day.
The fold away tine clip snapped and had to be replaced
I snapped off the 2 old parts, ordered the new ones and snapped them back in, however, the new parts are not the same as the old ones and do not do the job of holding the collapsable tine rows up...now they just fall over. Guess I have to call Jenn Air.
