Will this part also correct overheating bake unit wont cool down

Hello Robert, thank you for your question. I would recommend testing the sensor first, part number PartSelect Number: PS11749737. To test your probe with a multi-meter. First you must set your meter to the lowest setting. Then calibrate your meter so that the needle is on zero. Disconnect the power to your appliance and then remover your sensor. At the end of your sensor, the little plug in has two separate holes on the inside. Take the probes on each end of your meter, place one in each hole. If your meter stays at zero, your sensor will need to be replaced. If the sensor is good, the switch would need to be replaced. I hope this helps!

had for 2 weeks didnot work called for warinty they fixed stoped woking again about 18months later called them got price then bought though you.
first i turned off breaker . then slid out stove .usea cordless screwdriver totake off back then unplug switch then take off knob then take screwes out of front of switch theninstall new one revice method. took me longer to do this then to do the part

Lost all power to oven will not come on
First time in my entire life ever working on a stole I did not know what I was doing until the Holy Spirit spoken to me I examine your drawing and I say to myself this have to be in the micro which were the temperature switch I did not know how to order on what to look for so Spirit lead me to part select so I type in the word temperature switch and it match up with the one I was holding in my hand and that was it thank you very much I receive it in time to finish cooking have a blessed day thank you very much oh I'm sorry I forgot first I unplugged your stool
