The issue: The keypad controls are inoperative on the Jenn-Air stove. The parts diagram (control panel parts, item 7) on your webpage (for wp8507p231-60) depicts buttons/keypad controls to the left and right of the display however the part shipped has no such buttons (keypad controls), i don’t see the keypad(s) as separate part numbers. What is the correct part number and how do i return the one purchased? Thanks for your help!!

Hello Todd, thank you for your question. The item# 7 is just the electronic board that sits behind the control panel touch buttons. The touch buttons are part of the control panel, and this part has a ribbon connector that connects into the board. The panel and touch panel in black is PartSelect Number PS11750326, white is PartSelect Number PS11750325. I hope this helps.

Hello, my jenn air range is not maintaining the oven temperature like it should. I replaced the oven temp sensor and didn’t change it. Do you know if this board is the next thing to try? It preheats fine, but after that when it only shows the preheated temp, the oven actual temp cools off 50 degrees, if u cancel bake and set again, the oven does shows that is has cooled off until preheated again. Thanks

The control panel is no longer illuminated. Everything works on the control panel when buttons are pushed, except there is nothing illumintaed. It is as if the lights are burnt out. Part# WP8507P231-60. Is this the part needed to correct the issue?
