spray arm did n't move because it had a crack in the end
First I had to remove the upper dish rack from the dishwasher. This was the most difficult part of the entire fix. I found the screw which holds the spray arm in place, Removed it and took off the old spray arm. Spray arm just detatched and fell in dishwasher, spray arm seems to be fine. The water Jet is attached to the spray arm . Not sure where it fell from

Hello Monika, thank you for your question. We would recommend checking the following parts. Part #: PS11745432 Mount, Part #: PS11745444 spray arm seal, Part #: PS11745434 supply tube, and Part #: PS11753412 screw. It sounds like the screw came out of the bottom of the supply tube, or the mount broke and the spray arm fell off. I hope this helps!
