The washing machine showing error messages number eleven 11 and also dl is the problem come from the control board ? Thank you

Hello Jacinthe, thank you for your question. dL code indicates a door lock error on the machine. When the door fails to lock to allow the cycle to begin, it attempts to lock itself at least six times before the error appears on the digital display screen. We would recommend unplugging the unit, waiting for about 5 minutes then plugging it back in. If the error continues replace the door lock. I hope this helps!

Hi, the F11 error communication We have replace the Motor Control Unit, now it does the Spinning, but trying a Wash cycle its F11 again. Could it be a matter of resetting this error?
