Control knob stem cracked in my hand
This was really simple. submitted the appliance name and number and ordered the part. It arrived within 3 days(in the meantime I used pliers to turn the control stem that remained) and it just popped on. Perfect!

The front cycle control knob on the front of the dryer was broken off. All i can find in any 'manual' says that it is a quick fix and just replace the part. Unfortunately the part itself broke leaving a portion of it inside the control panel. I cannot pull it out from there using needlenose pliers, so i am not so sure that it is a quick fix. Any ideas?Thanks, bill

Hello Bill, Thank you for the question. If the stem that the knob would slip onto that sticks out from the panel also broke off, the Electronic Control, PartSelect Number PS11746111 would also need to be replaced.
