The oven door has 3 window panes. The obtuse picture of the parts with the assigned numbers was difficult to tell which number went with which part. So, I ended up paying $90+ for the wrong part.

Once I figured out to get the door off, the actual replacement went well. remove door, using allen wrenches in the holes of the door remove outer glass - two screws on top, four screws along sides of inside door, two brackets on the bottom that revealed anothe sheet of glass- held into place by a metal flange at the top (3
... Read more screws) and two brackets at the bottom. Pay close attention to how they are mounted for reassembly. They are the same physical configuration, but mount differently to hold glass up from the surface below That reveals another sheet of glass held into place by two "ears" at the top and a bracket at the bottom. When that is removed, the next thing to come off is a metal housing on which the glass just removed was mounted. I elected to leave the door hinge springs in place, and slide the metal housing in and out of position. That reveals the glass which needed replacement. There is some insulation around the glass, but under the metal housing. It came out when I slid the metal out, which moved it from its location, but I think I got it back ok...be sure that it does not sitck out around the glass when you reassemble everything. Put everything back in place, replace the door and remove the allen wrenches. Done. Parts select had the product, and sent it very quickly.

Replace inner glass in top oven

Hello Frank, thank you for writing. The inner most piece of glass is Interior Oven Door Glass part number PS11742541. It is the piece that you can touch when the door is open. The piece between the exterior and most interior door glass is this Inner Door Glass part number PS11742542. Good luck with your repair!

How to install cracked inter glass in door
For model number KEBC277KSS03
Good Day David. Thank you for your question in regards to your unit (Model Number KEBC277KSS03). Here are the steps that should help you: 1) Open door and swivel brackets of door hinges into the "up" position. 2) Open door of oven into the 45 degree position and lift door out of the body. 3) Place door on flat surface such as a table. 4) Remove screws that hold door together (including all 4 screws on hinges, and three black screws on the inside of the door). 5) Take side trim pieces off (can be popped off with a small screw driver). 6) In order to lift inner door off, push hinges up and then lift inner panel up. You will have to lift the inner panel off the tabs in the front of the door to remove. 7) You will then be at the point you can replace the inner glass. There is the upper glass, but if you need to replace the lower glass you will need to lift out the upper glass, and then the metal frame (the upper glass and the lower glass are the same part number). 8) Once you have replaced the glass, reassemble your door and reinstall it on your oven.
