Cooktop support rods came off. I have not been able to figure out how to reinstall them. Please send how to video or diagram.
For model number RF379LXMT0
Hi Debbie,
Thank you for the question. The only diagrams we have are for part location and are listed on the website. Also we do not currently have a video on how to install the rods, but the small hook part goes into the top and the larger side will go into the bottom.. For more specialized assistance or to speak with someone about this, I would suggest calling the manufacturer of the appliance directly.
Hope this helps

How does the support rod hook into the stove top? Do you have a diagram?
For model number WFC310S0AW0
Hello, thank you for the excellent question! The small hook part does go into the top and the larger side will go into the bottom. Unfortunately, we do not have a video but if you watch this video you will see the support rod placement at about the 1:35 mark. https://www.partselect.com/PS389217-Whirlpool-814399-Receptacle-Kit.htm?SourceCode=3&SearchTerm=814399. I hope this helps!
