The part we needed was for an older stove. Not only did PartSelect have the correct bake element at a good price, we received the shipment in one day!!

Second one works great!
This was a replacement for another that had been damaged in transit. PartSelect replaced it with no problem and the new one works great. I would definitely buy from them again.

First shipment was damaged but it's now fixed.
The first shipment was damaged due in part to no packing material in the box. The element was bent way out of shape. I contacted customer service by email and they reordered another element which arrived in 5 days (With packing this time). I was kind of put out that they charged the replacement element again to my credit card and then issued a credit later for the original. But, in the end, the oven now works! Their standard shipping is somewhat on the slow side even though their website says that shipments are usually faster than stated. Both of mine took five days. This is the second time that I've used PartSelect and overall, I would buy from them again.

Bake element burned in two
removed two screws installed new one replaced the screws. The service I received couldn't have been better. They did exactly what they said they would. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

I'm trying to figure which bake element to purchase for rf367pxdn range. The ps11740747 (208v) or the ps11740695 (240v).
thank you
For model number RF367PXDN
Hello Bob, Thank you for your inquiry. Both versions of the part will work, but part# ps11740695 uses more current coming into the stove. Most standard electric ovens use 240 volts to operate the heating elements. Hope this helps!
