I am looking to replace the entire slide mechanism for both sides. It has been beaten up pretty badly - bearings falling out etc. How do i order this?

My whirlpool freezer door part # ps11738688 accuride slide has a plastic spring clip attached to it and it helps keep the door closed. My spring attached to the accuride slide has broken and I can’t find the part to replace it. The piece is 5 inches long and I cannot find a replacement for it. I don’t need the slide rail only the plastic part with a spring. I’m not sure what it’s called o look it up to order. Can someone please help me?
