It does what it’s supposed to do
I received my parts fairly quick and they fit as they should. Although one of the other gears on my drawer has a longer shaft, the two I received were not exact replacements. But luckily, the one that broke was the shorter of the two. So in the end, it worked.

Empty box sent with no part!!!! No customer service help because of covid
No product was sent in the box for the shaft I received an empty box from them cannot perform any repairs because I got no product from this company. Called customer service said due to Covid no customer service available when online and receive no customer service no refund no product no help
I got really tired of taking food out covered in icicles and stabbing a huge block of ice out of the bottom. Turns out all he needed was a little wheel with cogs and I looked up the sticker model number on this site and clicked the part of the fridge. So simple, wish I would’ve done it sooner.

How do I pop the old broken one out and install the new gear. Thanks
Hi Dana, Thank you for the question. After you remove the bins from the drawer, you will need to remove the bar. After the bar is removed you can use a flat head screw driver to pry the old gears off. Then insert the new gear into the hole and replace the bad and bins. Hope this helps!

Tab on the left side of the deli-fresh drawer came off. What do I order to replace that
For model number MF12569VEM1
Hello Theresa, Thank you for contacting us. I have researched the model you have provided and have found the part you are looking for is PartSelect Number PS11738134. Hope this helps!
Hello Dana, Thank you for the question. You just need to remove one side at a time. Just grip one side and flex it a bit while pushing towards the other side and it will pop out of the gear. Hope this helps!

I struggled to remove the bar between the freezer door gears, but it wouldn't release. Any suggestions? It moves slightly in the gear with the longer stem, but no movement in gear with short stem. Thanks.
For model number Jfc2087hrs
Hi Tim,
Thank you for your question. Normally, sliding the support rod out of the gear with shorter stem to usually allows you to remove it. Try applying some pressure by pushing on it on the rail side where the shorter stem is to see if this allows you to remove it. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My freezer door becomes difficult to close after about 12 " and i can't tell why ?
For model number GX5SHDXVBO3
Hi Terry,
Thank you for your inquiry. If the freezer drawer is difficult to close there may be an issue with the drawer sliderails or the gears. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

The ice drawer does not roll out easily.
For model number KFCS22EVMS00
Hi Tom, thank you for the question. If the drawer does not roll out smoothly, you may need to replace the drawer gear kit, part number PS2003866, as it is most likely faulty. Let us know if you have further questions!
