The left side pantry draw lid pivot pin broke off.What part do i need and how do i remove and replace the part.

Hello Raymond, thank you for your question. You would have to order the end cap, which is only available in a kit of both the right and left side parts. The Part Number: PS11738134 is for that end cap kit that would include the drawer lid pivot. Good luck with your repair!

The pin which allows the deli/pantry lid to open and close broke off on the right side - please confirm what i need to order to replace it. I tried gluing the pin back but it did not hold.

We recently replaced the lid on the pantry drawer, and the two end caps. We seemed to get those in properly. But we did not replace the white bar between the glass (under the crisper drawers) and the lid on the drawer.The lid on the drawer does not left and we cannot pull the drawer open without it sounding like it is going to break. We do not want to force it in fear of breaking the parts we just replaced. Should we have replaced that white bar too? Don't know what it is called or the number...any ideas for us to try.

Hi Karen, Thank you for the question. The only way to know for sure is to dissemble the shelving and check for damaged parts that will need to be replaced. If the bar is not damaged then you should be able to reuse the bar. Hope this helps!

I’m looking for the crisper brace that goes between the two crisper drawers. It’s not on the diagrams and part lists for some reason but it’s the track under the glass shelf.
