My fan comes on intermittently, weather the stop top is on or off. Weather there's heat from the stop top or not. I an able to turn the fan off with panel button......I don't know what part I need to replace. Can you help?

Thank you for your question. If you use your microwave a lot then it will take longer to cool down. If this is the issue, allow your microwave time to cool and it will shut off by itself. It may take up to an hour for the microwave to cool and when this happens the fan cannot be turned off. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
Hello, on manual says NQ70M6650D*/NQ70M7770D*
Trying to help relatives, proceed only with basic diag checking what and how working.
Microwave part of the unit does not work.
Heat on top works, all spins, but when use only microwave, tray spin and not warm up anything. Tech attempt to fix it, worked 2 days and stop again with same symptoms, they are want payment again for visit.
I suspect or not quality work - cable loose, or failure of microwave unit inside. Please advise.
