The part came in quick and in perfect condition.

This is the second time I have ordered this part, and the second time that the part has arrived damaged. In each case there was no apparent damage to the packaging. In the first instance the part arrived with one of the guide wheels broken off. In the latest instance, the drawer arrived with a large crack in the plastic side panel. In each case customer service was very courteous and helpful in processing the damage claim and assisting me in reordering the part. Perhaps the third time will be a charm.
