The ice chute was jammed with crushed ice then cleared. Now the ice maker is not making any ice

Hi Nancy, thanks for reaching out to us. If the icemaker is not getting water, we first recommend checking all water lines going into your fridge and up to the icemaker for obstructions. Then check your water filter (these should be changed approximately every 6 months) and water inlet valve. If water is getting into the icemaker, but it is not freezing or ejecting, it might be that your icemaker needs to be replaced. If the icemaker is making ice but not dispensing it, they problem could lie in the ice bucket and auger, or with the ice cube dispenser door. We hope this helps and good luck with your repair!
