BACKSPLASH Assembly WH42X22776

I have ordered a replacement backsplash for my GE washer 2 times now from partselect, and both time I have got a part that is not finished, exact same both times. I have now had to reorder this part for the third time and my washer has been down for almost 2 months, and they had the nerve to charge me for shipping everytime, and the third time too. why should I have to keep paying shipping on a part that partselect cant get right. by now they should just send me a new part at no charge, that would be the right thing to do. both of the first 2 parts were delivered to me with a WIP label on the side of the box (purple label} that clearly reads the part is unfinished and needs to go to the tool shop. how can people be so incompetent. if the 3rd part comes delivered to me the same way I am going to expect a full refund shipping and all, and a correct replacement part @ no charge.

I ordered the part # WH42X22776 on Partselect.com for my GE washer and when it arrived I unpacked it and was comparing it to the old backsplash and everything was correct EXCEPT where the START/PAUSE button is. The writing is there but there is no BUTTON, or even a hole for the button. I called PARTSELECT and the associate I spoke with wasn't really any help at all. so now I have a parts I paid good money for and cant use. would appreciate a solution to this issue.
