The microwave plate to this model has broken. I don't have the part number to the plate. I have ordered several replacement plates and they haven't fit. The diameter 12.5" fits but the notches in the center of the plate do not fit nor sit in the center where the rotating part is. How do i find the part number to order a plate that would fit this microwave model. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! C

The glass microwave plate broke and i need another. This picture doesn’t have the notches it is flat. What holds it up?

This fits the advantium microwave in size, but does not appear to be a genuine advantium part for the model is says. Our original had "nubs" on the bottom which fit into the red rotating part and so the glass tray stayed very sturdy, even if an odd shaped casserole or food hit the edge of the microwave wall.

The part was a glass 14” tray for a microwave oven. The first shipment FedX did not deliver because it was broken. We hadn’t received it so I was tracking the shipment and it said “ Packaged Damaged “. I call PartSelect and told you the issue. You issued credit and ship another glass tray.
