Is this the basket roller retainers?

I just need to know what is the retainer used for, because I am ordering the wheel kits for the lower rack of the dishwasher. And I want to know if I need to order it. Does as well to assemble the wheel kit.

Thank you for your question. This retainer is used to secure the wheels on the bottom dishrack. If the wheels on your rack are falling off or they are loose, you may need to replace the retainers. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Is there a small basket without a cover (for larger items that are not cutlery) that goes next to the two cutlery baskets with covers? My other Whirlpool dishwasher had this and it looks as though there is a space in the front corner for such a basket but there isn't one there.
