With the recoil starter kit are there four bolts. Only two appear in your picture
For model number PCV43

Hi Jay, thank you for your question. The screws you see in this kit are not for attaching the housing to your equipment. They are meant for the smaller metal piece that you see there in the bottom left corner. Good luck with your repair.
