Oven would not heat after self-clean
I found several posts about Whirlpool/KitchenAid ovens having this problem and most of the time this required a replacement of the thermal fuse. Other than the large number of screws to remove the oven and the sheet metal coverings, replacing the fuse was mostly about waiting to get the part. If I had a local dealer with the fuse, I probably could have been baking Deep Dark Chocolate Cheesecake that same evening. Even so, this particular repair should be left to those familiar with doing moderate-level handyman type repairs. You have to make sure the breaker is off and beware of the sharp edges on sheet metal. Fortunately, the fuse was easy to find using online documentation for my model. Part Select was very helpful when my original order did not arrive. Their customer service was great!

Oven would not heat after self cleaning operation
Removed trim strip from each side of oven, removed one screw from each side hat held oven in place and slid oven out of wall. Finally found the thermostat located on the back side of the oven after removing the sheet metal on back. replaced the thermostat and reversed the procedure. Only difficult part was locating the thermostat. I thought it was on top, when in fact it was on the back. Pretty easy, really, and saved some cash in the process.

Blower very loud noise, all the time.
Removed double oven from cabinet after removing the doors, placing it on a milk crate, needs two people, turned it slightly to access the rear panels, removed panels and lower of the 2 motors and installed new motor, replaced all panels. I now have to check to make sure it is turned on it is so quiet! We lived with this noise so long because the appliance repair people said it was very expensive, about $400.00 to replace the motor, we did it for under $100.00 !!

The torsion spring broke.
I broke the outer window glass because the instructions didn't inform me that once a couple screws are removed the outer door glass can and will fall from the rest of the door piece and shatter on the ground! After paying $180 dollars to get the replacement I gingerly continued to dismantle the rest of the door to get to the torsion springs. Another issue with dis and Reassembly is the lower oven chassis heat exhaust vent is directly below one of the screws that holds the door together. I drilled a 1/4 hole that allowed the screwdriver to pass through the sheet metal exhaust vent! Plastic can and will crack, screws can and will get stripped and it would be wise to have an assistant to help hold it together during reassembly. Otherwise it's really easy and all you need is a Phillips screw driver! LOL

circuit breaker blew
I went to the source of power on the stove and noticed one of the terminals had come loose from the terminal block and had shorted out against the cover of the terminal junction. After prying the loose terminal off cover I ordered new terminal block and received it the 2nd day. I removed the old terminal block and replaced the part in about 10 minutes..Thank you Parts Select for your easy to find diagrams and quick delivery.

Shattered front glass on oven door
Ordered a replacement part and during installation tightened the top mounting screws too tight and shattered the replacement part. Ordered a new replacemnte part and installed without overtighting mounting screws. Repair went well. I caution others not to overtighten top mounting screws. These are same screws that attache the SS pull handle on oven door.

Inside oven door glass was cracked as I tried to clean after self-cleaning oven.
As I did not have a manual, I found all the website instructions very helpful. I had quite a hard time after installing the glass to figure out how to put it back together. The insulation between the oven glass is tricky to keep in tact. I also did not have allen wrenches to keep hinges open, so I used a variety of large bolts and screws. Finally after lots of hours, and almost calling a repairman, I did do it!
