Poor agitation
Thurs. followed video directions, found the dogs to be defective and around 2 pm ordered dogs on line. To my surprise, on Friday around 11 am the dogs arrived. My husband installed them and the agitator is fine. I was so amazed at how quickly the dogs came. The machine was ready to go in less than a day. Thank you for your efficiency.

no cold water-hot water slow / no mixture (warm)
Followed directions that I got on line. Easy fix for both the Temperature Switch and Water Inlet valve. However I had a problem with the hoses So I would suggest If you are going to make the effort to change the water inlet valve I'd invest in a couple of new hoses or at least hose washers!! It was a fast fix but took a little longer because I had to run to get new hoses!

Teeth worn off the dog legs..
Follow the instuctions with the kit. Washer Machine Model # LSQ9244EQO.

Washer would only fill with water.
I replaced lid switch. Take off two screws off the back of insterment panel. Unscrew switch and unplug. Then reverse. Easy!!

Erratic agitator operation
Found excellent video on website that showed all needed operations very clearly. Followed printed directions.

Would not spin,but would fill and drain and could hear motor and trans worked
Follow instructions in part repair video from part select,but put washer on back first to see if can access area without removing the whole outer cover we did not even need to do that step only took 20 minutes to replace coupling. The video was great

Washer wouldn't spin and we could see coupling was broken
We watched the how to video...repair took less than 15 minutes. You can't go wrong if you just watch the easy to follow video! Washer works as good as new.

washer would not spin or agitate.
electric unplugged, removed water lines. two screws on back of control housing removed, tilted housing back, removed two clips on top of washer housing, removed body. tilted washer backward, removed brackets on water pump and electric motor, pulled motor off and removed broken parts on shaft, replaced with new parts. Lining up motor shaft to washer was a bit tricky but time and patience got it togather. replaced brackets on motor and water pump. put washer upright and put body back on the body has to be set on guides correctly or will not set right. replace clips andtilt top down and screw it. hook up water lines, and electric.
