Not getting cold in lower Refrigerator
Watch the video provided by PartSelect and did exactly the same percedure. Shows what screws to remove and how to remove and replace the part. The freezer compartment was iced up quite a bit so defrosted it before installing part.

Bottom hinge for refrigerator door was broken/missing
simply took the screws out of the top of the door(after first emptying the door), picked it up off the bottom support and laid it on the counter. Used a needle nose pliers to remove what was left of the bottom bearing and replaced it with the new bearing. Placed it back on the support and put the top door mount back where it belonged. replaced the plastic hinge cover and it was as good as new. Really very simple.
