Dryer running but not heating up
Using the video on the site I was able to open the back on the dryer, replaced the thermal fuse and close it up in less than 15 minutes. Works great and saved me a ton of money.

dryer not heating up or shuting off
I simply unplugged the dryer and removed the backing. Once off I located the part which was in plain sight, unhooked the wires and attached them to the new part. Put backing back on plugged it in and turned it on and it worked.

dryer would not run
removed 4 screws. 2 in the back and 2 at the lint screen door. Remove top lid of dryer and looked down and there was the door switch with the broken actuator spring. A diagram of the dryer with part locations is very helpful. I checked the switch with volt meter to make sure it was ok. It was ok! Replace the actuator and put every thing back together and dryer works just fine. Thanks to PartSelect I was able to buy the actuator spring buy itself and not have to buy the switch also.

Intermittent heat, clothes not dry after many timer cycles.
The intermittent drying of my gas dryer was the tricky issue for me to pin point. Your web site said 53% chance thermal fuse and 21% "M" series new style coil kit. Ordered both and delivered in less then 18 hrs, impressive! The old fuse tested out OK but I replaced it anyway. Replaced the coil kit (using a step by step video on another web site) in about 15-20 min. Working great now and fixed for under $49. Happy in Milwaukee.

Dryer would not run or start at all. Seemed like it had no power but the light still worked and it wasn't the breaker.
Took 12 screws off the back. One screw for the fuse. $9.32 and 30 minutes and we're back in business!

Dryer would only run for a few mins and then not restart. Also there was a grinding noise.
I replaced the entire motor in the dryer and the belt while I had it open and it is working great! I just watched the short video on the site to learn the tricks and did it myself.

Gas burner would not fire.
First removed and checked the ignighter. It was fine. Next I located the schematic drawing and discovered that the burner, ignighter, and flame detector were all operated by one simple 110 volt circuit. This circuit did not power up when the dryer was cycled on. I pulled the dryer from the wall, removed the back panel, the vent etc. I then located the operating thermostat and the thermal fuze. The thermal fuze was open. (GOOD NEWS AN EASY FIX!!!) Thanks Guys

The control panel won't leave Casual load.
Well the video showed us taking off the back. Which wouldn't come off. Welded. Then we could not find the fuse in back of the unit or bottom. The second time we tried we found it in the front. We had to take off the front, bottom cover then we found the fuse. But, it didn't fix the problem. The unit is still on Casual load only. When we push the buttons the other lights light up but goes back to Casual. The unit is clear of lint and still drys but only at the Casual setting.

Dryer would not heat!
After getting on-line to your site we looked up what the problem could be after receiving the dryer from a friend to transfer from electric to gas to save money. First we thought it to be the ignitor and after receiving it so quickly it still didn't work so went to your site again and found the Flame sensor. They were both defective and now it works wonderful!!! Your site also explains what and how to repair the appliance, which my husband appreciated! We are glad you contacted us because your site did not show that we could send you and e-mail Thanking your company for the excellant service we received. Your prices can't compare to other companies either, we were amazed on the differences. When you say the next day delivery, you mean the next day!!! Thankyou and you are now in my Favorites if ever needing parts for other appliances we own.
