Bought a range but it did not include the griddle
Open a HUGH box to get a smaller box that was surrounded by air bubble packing. Opened smaller box, removed the range's center rack and replaced it with the griddle.

Oven would not work!!
First of all, I have never never ever tried to fix any kind of appliances. When the stove die right before thanksgiving day I was going crazy and after some research in YouTube I came to partselect videos and it was like the light people say they see when they die. After a quick easey order in they website I had the ignater the very next day!!!!!! Thanksgiving day saved....

gas would not ignite
Instead of cutting the wires and splicing with a wire tie, I unplugged the connector and removed the entire igniter

igniter wouldn't come on & was smelling gas
bought a new igniter and fuel control regulator & changed both. had to adjust regulator as it was shipped set up for natural gas according to a friend in the gas business.was a little disappointed it was not told to me in the instructions to change the regulator as flames was shooting all over the place. but it was a simple fix once u know & thank you for ur prompt service

oven would not light, would not relight at temp
fix was 10 minutes, 2 screws and an electrical click-on fitting. Shipping took longer than predicted, but we are in rural Alaska, so not unexpected. Overall great experience.

oven was not coming on.
We put the new part in & the oven came on fine but then it would not shut off. We had to finally turn it off at the propane source. We had to go out and purchase a new stove.

Oven light wire broken, damaged socket
Remove light bail, glass cover held by two nut screws. Pull socket, removed clips in back, replaced wire connectors, placed new socket in, then glass cover and bail. Wire connected in back, cover plate replaced.
