wheel axles broke off from lower basket--deteriorated from age and almost daily use of dishwasher
old axles were removed by pulling wheel assembly from lower basket pins. squeezed old axle with needle nose pliers and discarded broken wheel axle. snapped wheels in place on new wheel axle and snapped wheel assembly into place on the basket. i replaced only two axles since the remaining ones were still intact. actual repair time was under three minutes. if all eight wheels would have to be replaced, i'm positive it would have taken no more than five to six minutes. in fact, the new wheel axle is a much better design than the original.

I first tried the local appliance shop i got the wrong parts twice. I then wrote the model and serial #'s of my unit and found parts select. Got the right parts quickly and all I had to do was pull the old rack out and slide the new one in. Viola she was done ! Thanks Part Select !

Broken axle on one wheel
Only one axle was broken, but I replaced all 8 because GE had redesigned the axle to prevent future problems. Decided to just replace them all and be done with it. Took 10 minutes, start to finish and all is well.

Wheels kept coming off dishwasher basket upon pull out
I hand removed the snap in wheel axels and replaced the axles with new ones, by hand, no tools needed. On this dishwasher basket the wheeel axels just snap onto the metal cage "wires" of the roll out basket holding the dishes. Very simple. Used pliers to squeeze each old axle retaining nubs, from each of the eight wheels, , then just slipped (pulled the wheels off the axles) and discared only axles (that here the problem, detaching frequently from grasping the pull out dish basket, due to heat taking the temper out of their gripper (to basket).

slow leak from the pump while operating
followed instructions that came with the part. My dishwasher had a slightly different configuration than what the directions said so disassembly took a few minutes to figure out. Once that was done, the removal of the old impeller assembly and installation of the new went quite smoothly. The replacement assembly had a "grater" which was not present on my original however it installed perfectly and no longer leaks.

wheels were not staying attached to bottom rack
I only had to repair the wheel axle. Since I read another post stating you don't have to change the wheels, I ordered only the axle and they popped right into the existing wheel and attached to bottom rack better than original design.

wheels kept falling off
It was very simple to install. At first my husband thought I had ordered the wrong part. I guess they just revamped the part and it worked out really well. And I didn't have it mailed special but I got the parts in about 2 days. My only problem is that the shipping cost as much as the parts.
But the parts are installed and the wheels don't fall off anymore!! If I need anything else I will use your company again and I will tell friends and family about you guys.
Thanks

The axles on the bottom rack of my dishwasher were letting go and wheels were lying flat
The repair was very simple. I removed all eight wheels and discarded the old axles by pinching them out of each wheel and replacing them with the new (and improved) axles. I then turned the rack upside down and simply snapped the wheels back on the spindles. It took me longer to explain this than it took to make the repairs.

All the wheel axles were broken or loose on the bottom tray of the dishwasher.
The repair was so simple a child could do it. It took less than five minutes and now the drawer rolls smoothly and is quite sturdy.

The lower rack wheels kept coming off
I examined the wheels and noticed that they were actually fine, it was just the clip on axles that had worn out. I had recently used a dishwasher cleaner, I think that was the straw that broke the camels back. The replacement axles that I ordered were actually a bit different than the original. It turns out they had been greatly improved, so the new ones snapped easily into place by hand. The lower rack rolls perfectly, like new!

The wheels fell off the bottom rack of the dishwasher
The replacement studs that were suggested fixed the problem that we were having. The fix was easy and took less than ten minutes to take the broken studs out and snap the new ones into place. The studs are designed to hold onto the rack much tighter than the original studs and completely fixed the problem of the wheels falling off anytime you tried to move the bottom rack.
