Interior Light Would Not Turn Off
Tape off the light button so door alarm does not go off. Take off the clear light shield and remove the light bulbs. Be careful, bulbs may still be HOT!! With Phillips head screw driver unscrew the light plate assy. Drop it down in a comfortable position. Disconnect the connector, unscrew the thermal sensor and remove light assy. Install new light assy into light plate assy. There is no thermal senor in the new assy. Snap light plate assy back into place and install the two screws previously taken out. Install bulbs and clear cover. Remove tape from light door switches and you are done. Lights should go on and off when door buttons are pushed in and out.

Broken drawer
Replaced the broken drawer with the new one. More importantly, your service is incredible!!! I immediately called my son who has a broken dryer and told him, you must use this internet site. Your price beat the competitor by more than 50% cheaper!!!!! I am not kidding, 50%, now that is what I call great service. I will hold onto your information for future purchases. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Broken cam on gasket holder strip on left door
There is a part called a "cam" on my 23cuft french door refrigerator. It is at the top of both doors and works to keep the closed door from popping open when slamming shut the opposite door. Twice in 2 years this cam has broken off of the long plastic strip which is the gasket holder. Both times on the right door. The repair is easy, but you have to be careful not to break the plastic pieces. First, you have to remove the trim piece covering the gasket strip (233D in the diagram). It pulls out only one way -- toward the SIDE of the door (rather than inwards towards the fridge). Next, you have to remove the entire gasket around the door; it pulls out very easily. Third, there are 2 plastic hinges which snap into the door frame; to remove it use a screwdriver and gently pry it to the side of the door (rather than towards the center of the fridge or away from it). Frankly, that's the hardest part - taking it all apart without breaking the trim piece. When I first had it repaired under warranty, the repairman brought an extra trim piece (233D) in case he broke it when he removed it. But it simply snaps in place so you should be okay if you are careful when prying it out.

without any warning when taking glass out for cleaning it just exploded
This was late on a Sunday afternoon. I immediately called the store where I purchased the refrigerator who told me to go on-line for any parts. So I went to PartSelect and was able to find the correct part very easily and then order it. It arrived on Thursday without having paid for any upgrade in shipping time.I am very impressed with this company.

The fridge died and couldn't find right parts needed
I was told the mother board went out. Took a few months to finally get one myself after repairman didn't come through. It turned out not to be the motherboard that sears repairman tested it for and said that's what it needed. I found Parts select after going round and round with sears parts refusing to accept return. There prices were better, as well as shipping and it came so quick i thought it was over night. The controller assembly was not the problem so we have it for a spare now. It was the freezer fan but even after installing it nothing would work is why we ordered the controller assembly. after 2 days and about 7 hours of checking, taking apart, rechecking assembling by my determined electrician it turned out to be a loose wire. LOL hope this helps someone. I'm just glad to have my fridge again! Blessings!!!

Tempered glass broke during cleaning
PartSelect made it so easy for us. We found the glass online, paid for it and it was delivered a couple days later. Packaged well we took out the glass and placed it in where the broken one used to be in the shelf casing. Simple. Thanks to PartSelect we didn't have to spend crazy money to have someone else do this simple repair.

Door latch (cam) at door top broke off from the gasket holder. Gasket was fine so only needed new holder.
Gasket held in place by plastic bezel. Remove bezel by carefully pulling it toward you. Held in place by plastic clips. May need to pry carefully near clips. Pull gasket away from front edge of door. Gasket holder held by plastic swivel pieces top and bottom. Snap these out. Slide the gasket holder off the gasket. Remove the screws and slip the metal rod out of the broken holder. Retain screws, plastic clips, and cam. Slide the rod into new holder adding plastic clips and cam. Replace screws. Slide holder back onto gasket. Snap plastic clips into slots, being careful to bend the springs back so they go into the channel. Replace bezel. See videos on replacing door gaskets.

sliding rail
I removed the broken rail & installed the new rail with a screw driver. The screws were located in somewhat difficult position. The rail works OK but has a tendency to stick & the tray holder sometimes slips out of the new rail.
